Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to list an event?
There's no upfront listing fee. Raabta takes a commission on each ticket sold — the percentage depends on your plan (see below).
How fast do I get paid?
Payouts are calculated per event and paid out through Stripe Connect after the event, with the platform commission and any applicable GST already itemised.
Do I need to be GST registered?
No — Raabta supports both GST-registered and non-registered organizers. Your GST status is captured on your organizer profile and reflected in your payout breakdown.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — you can move between plans as your event volume grows; your new plan's commission rate and active-event limit apply going forward.
How long does approval take?
New organizers are typically reviewed within a couple of business days. Verified organizers on our top-tier plan can auto-publish without waiting for review.
